Skagens Museum

Skagens Museum is a state-recognised Danish museum with the world's largest collection of works by the Skagen painters. The museum was founded in 1908 by artists P.S. Krøyer, Michael Ancher and Laurits Tuxen together with hotel owner Degn Brøndum and pharmacist Victor Chr. Klæbel. It was designed by Ulrik Plesner and completed in 1928 - and has been located at Brøndumsvej 4 in Skagen ever since.
