KulturØen
KulturØen is designed by the internationally famous architect company "schmidt hammer lassen", primarily architecht John Lassen and design director Lars Vejen. It is build on a artificial island, surrounded by the privately owned Ny Havn 1 (marina), and is covered in prepatinated zink. You can find the library, the modern 3-D cinema, a café and finally also the Tourist Information VisitMiddelfart inside the building.
